LIBERTY, LIBERTY, LIBERTYYYY!
Meet Liberty, better known as Libby, our 40-pound, one-year-old, four-legged vacuum cleaner.
Let me explain something about Miss Libby.
Every morning, I have to clean kennels BEFORE breakfast. Pretty simple concept, right?
WRONG. NOT ACCORDING TO LIBERTY.
This child KNOWS food is coming, and she is NOT leaving her kennel voluntarily. We practically have to serve an eviction notice, contact law enforcement, and physically negotiate her departure just so we can clean.
She’s convinced that if she steps outside for 30 seconds, we’re going to give her breakfast to somebody else.
Libby. Nobody is stealing your breakfast. You have never missed a meal here. PLEASE GO OUTSIDE.
Libby is an absolute doll
Now, outside of her ongoing legal disputes with the housekeeping department, Libby is an absolute DOLL.
1 year old, 40 pounds of pure personality
Spayed, no baby daddy drama in her future.
Dog friendly, she’s got friends, even if she’d probably steal their snacks.
LOVES kids, and pretty much every human being she meets.
Energetic, she’s got a little motor on her, but once she’s gotten her wiggles out, she wants to be right beside her person.
Food motivated, and by motivated, I mean this girl would probably learn to drive a tractor if you offered her a chicken nugget.
Heartworm update
HEARTWORM UPDATE: Libby tested very, very low positive for heartworms, and she’s scheduled to FINISH her treatment on Friday, October 16, 2026!
She’s silly, affectionate, smart, full of life, and absolutely convinced that every person she meets has either come to love on her or feed her.
Preferably both. In that order. Unless you have a cheeseburger.
Available for a foster-based rescue to pull
LIBBY IS AVAILABLE FOR A FOSTER-BASED RESCUE TO PULL!
She’s ready for somebody to give her a chance at a life where she can have her very own couch, her very own humans, and a kitchen she can personally supervise 24 hours a day.
